Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all components and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location. Once inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
